DICABS will supply more than 1,300 km of 33kV high voltage (HT) and 3.3kV low voltage (LT) cables for various solar and wind projects of Adani Green Energy under the Khavda Power project in Gujarat.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DICABS) announced on Monday that it has received an order from Adani Green Energy Limited worth INR 21.465 billion (about 1.8 billion yuan). Supplying cables and conductors for the latter’s Khavda power project in Gujarat.
The company said in an exchange filing that it had received a Letter of intent (LoI) from Adani Green Energy Limited for the contract worth INR 21.465 crore on a kilometre rate basis with a price change formula attached
According to the letter of intent, DICABS will supply more than 33 km of 33kV high voltage (HT) and 3.3kV low voltage (LT) cables with a length of more than 1,300 km for various solar and wind Energy projects in Adani Green Energy, Gujarat. The order will be executed by January 2026.
The scope of work will also include the supply of key transmission components for large solar and wind power generation centres under Adani’s renewable energy portfolio.
DICABS further stated in the regulatory filing that the transaction was purely domestic and did not constitute any related party transaction.
